Water Ring Vacuum Pump/Compressor

MYVAC 2BV series water ring vacuum pump is suitable for vacuuming oil and gas. Its suction pressure can reach 33mbar (absolute pressure) (97% vacuum). When transformer oil is used as the working fluid (it is called oil ring vacuum pump), the suction pressure can reach 6.7mbar (absolute pressure) (99.3% vacuum), so it can effectively replace the vacuum pump. When the vacuum pump works for a long time under the suction pressure close to the ultimate vacuum, it must be connected to the cavitation protection tube to eliminate the noise and protect the pump. As for the air compressor, the maximum pressure is 0.26MPa (maximum pressure). 2BV series water ring vacuum pump and compressor as a new generation of energy-saving products, its good performance and advantages can replace SK, 2SK series water ring vacuum pump, W, WY, WL series reciprocating vacuum pump.
2BV2-Ex, 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pump/compressor is used for pumping explosive gases or working in places with high fire and explosion hazard, and their performance indicators are similar to 2BV2, 2BV5 series.

5, 2BV series all use aluminum bronze impeller with high strength and improve its corrosion resistance and durability. If the liquid flow section adopts stainless steel, the pump can work in a more difficult environment.
6, Special flexible stop port can avoid over-pressure and ensure the best performance in the range of its operation.
7, All motors are all Y2 series products. The protection level is IP54 or IP55 (type is IP44), the insulation level is F (type is B).
